NBA – (501) OKLAHOMA CITY at (502) WASHINGTON  7:05 ET  FSOK, CCMA (side and total)

Oklahoma City has won eight in a row (6-2 ATS) and will look to extend streak in starting a quick two-game road trip, beginning in Washington. Despite John Wall out for the Wizards, Washington has slid from +4.5 to +3. The total has also gone in the same direction, down from 219.5 to 217. The home team has won and covered four straight, but without Wall and the way the Thunder is playing, not sure that will take place. On the total, OKC is 12-2 UNDER after five or more consecutive Over’s.

Betting Trend – 95% backing Oklahoma City and 85% on Over

Doug’s VPID Take – Leans Oklahoma City and Under

NBA – (515) GOLDEN STATE at (516) UTAH  9:05 ET  CSBA

Golden State embarks on a three-game road trip this week starting in Utah and they are a growing favorite. The Warriors opened at -7 and been shoved to -8.5. This is a sandwich home game for the Jazz, coming home after three road games and heading out for four more after this matchup. Golden State has won five in a row in Salt Lake City (3-2 ATS), which include the playoffs. This seems a touch high with the Warriors 1-8 ATS off exactly two home games.

Betting Trend – 92% backing Golden State

Doug’s VPID Take – Lean Utah

Rhode Island was lucky to survive their last game as 16.5-point home favorites, with massive come from behind 61-58 win against Duquesne. That lack of effort has bettors wondering if the Rams will care about UMass club that is 10-12 and is on 0-4 SU and ATS tailspin. Rhode Island is down two points to -9 favorites, yet chances are coach Danny Hurley will have his team’s attention for this encounter and their defense and ability to generate turnovers will be the difference.

Betting Trend – 69% backing Rhode Island

Doug’s VPID Take – Lean Rhode Island

CBB – (523) NORTH CAROLINA  at (524) CLEMSON  7:00 ET  ESPN

Clemson lost for the 59th straight time at Chapel Hill two weeks ago and those betting basketball are convinced the Tigers will be swept by North Carolina this season. Clemson was released as a one-point home favorite, but as the number baked, the Tar Heels became 1.5-point faves. UNC has not lost three ACC games in a row in four years and is 9-1 ATS after a combined score of 175 points or more the last three seasons.

Betting Trend – 87% backing North Carolina

Doug’s VPID Take – North Carolina covers
