Besides the four games we have listed below, we note that St. Louis has gone from -230 to -200 against clueless Colorado, with the total dropping from 9.5 to 9 and that Boston is down 20 cents to a Pick out in Oakland on Monday. As always, review the tasty trend nuggets at the bottom of the page.

MLB – (905) MIAMI at (906) MILWAUKEE  8:10 EDT  FSFL, FSWI

Zack Greinke goes after historic win for Milwaukee on Monday.

While everything good has to eventually come to an end, figuring out when that will happen is guess work. That is why it is such a shock to the Zack Greinke (9-2, 2.82 ERA) and Milwaukee lowered from -175 to -160 on the money line against Miami at Miller Park. Greinke is 15-0 with a 2.50 ERA in 21 home starts since joining the Brewers, and will now try to become the third pitcher since 1900 to win his first 16 home decisions for one club. (From AP) Johnny Allen pulled off that feat for the New York Yankees from 1932-33, and LaMarr Hoyt matched it from 1980-82 for the Chicago White Sox. Granted, Miami has won four in a row, but the Brewers right-hander is 14-0 as a home favorite of -150 or more the last two seasons. (Team’s Record) 3DW PositionMilwaukee wins

MLB – (911) CINCINNATI at (912) L.A. DODGERS  10:10 EDT  FSOH, FSPT

The Dodgers broke out of their scoring slump yesterday and finally scratched in the win column for the first time in eight games and will try and use the experience as a building block.  Chad Billingsley (4-7, 4.18) is in charge of continuing the winning feeling, but his 6.88 ERA in his last three outings probably won’t do the job. Baseball bettors are even less sure of Cincinnati’s Homer Bailey (5-6, 4.42), who is seemingly either on or off. His career efforts against Los Angeles paint quite a picture, with a sharp 0.60 ERA in two wins, but a 12.38 ERA in the other two outings. The wagering public is siding with the latter, taking the Reds from -130 to -110 or lower and Cincy is 15-27 (-15.1 Units) on the road with a money line of -100 to -125. 3DW Position – Dodgers win

MLB – (913) L.A. ANGELS at (914) CLEVELAND  7:05 EDT  FSW, STO (side and total)

The Angels have won eight of 11 and are averaging seven runs a game in that span. With that kind of offense and Jered Weaver (8-1, 2.31) pitching, naturally LA/2 is a lock to win, right? Somewhat surprisingly, the answer is no according to those betting on baseball. With Cleveland pounding out 32 runs in their past four encounters and the Halos bullpen taxed from their trip to Toronto, the Angels have fallen from -155 to -135, in spite of Weaver’s 27-11 mark when the money line is -100 to -150 the last two years. (Angels Record) The total has also been adjusted upward from 8 to 8.5, with Cleveland’s Ubaldo Jimenez 20-10 OVER when the total is 7 to 8.5 and the Angels right-hander 7-0 OVER after giving up one or less earned runs in  his last outing this season. 3DW Position – Angels win and Over

MLB – (919) N.Y. YANKEES at (920) TAMPA BAY  7:10 EDT  ESPN

After starting the season 13-1 at Tropicana Field, the Rays have lost their juice, losing 17 of next their 26 at home and have cascaded to fourth place in the AL East. The Yankees on the other hand have been kicking, ah, tail, and taking names in winning 11 of 13 road contests. Though the Rays Matt Moore (4-5, 4.19) has been pedestrian, sports bettors prefer him over aging Freddy Garcia (2-2, 6.39), whose been forced back into the role of starter with injuries to CC Sabathia and Andy Pettitte. Oddsmakers opened up Tampa Bay as -115 favorites and beefed them up to -135 or higher, backed with the Rays 14-7 recent record over the Yanks at the Trop. 3DW Position – Yankees win
