CBB – (527) WAKE FOREST vs. (528) VIRGINIA TECH 7:00 ET ESPN2
These ACC combatants met just four days ago and Wake Forest was a 89-84 on the road. Oddsmakers made the adjustment from 162 for that that contest and opened this tournament tilt at 166. Those betting basketball were not on board and lowered the total to 162.5. Both clubs love to go up and down 94 feet and make three-pointers in bunches. With the Demon Deacons 12-3 OVER after a combined score of 165 points or more this year, I will throw my support towards more points.

CBB – (535) CHARLOTTE vs. (536) UAB 6:30 ET Campusinsiders.com
At least early in the day, one of the games in which there was significant sides action was this C-USA clash. UAB beat Charlotte last month 82-69 as 10-point home favorites and the Blazers have blazed a trail from -5 to -6.5. UAB does have better talent than the 49ers, but this seems like quite a few points given the lack of success by both teams away from home. Charlotte is 3-11 and 3-10 ATS when on the road and UAB is 5-10 and 2-12 ATS in the same situation. No ringing endorsement for either team, but I would rather take this many points and hope for the best.
Betting Trend – 92% backing UAB

CBB – (543) ARKANSAS-LR vs. (544) LOUIS.- LAFAYETTE 6:00 ET W- ESPN
This Sun Belt first round affair has a crumbling total, down from 143 to 138.5. There meeting in late January was the first Over in six outings. ARLR prefers a more controlled pace and averages 68.3 PPG. ULL likes like to quicken the game and tallies 82.3 PPG, while taking seven more shots per contest. My numbers actually fall in 140 to 141 range, thus, I give a small nod to the OVER and keep a watchful eye to see if total goes back to original starting point and make final assessment then.
Betting Trend – 56% backing Over

CBB – (565) ST. JOSEPH’S vs. (566) UMASS 6:00 ET RSN Aff.
We have some A-10 action on tap and this total has tumbled five points to 139. Neither team is particularly efficient on offense, which certainly is a key reason for the drop. While the UNDER appeared to be a solid bet early, the value has been wiped clean. I will still lean that way, thanks to a neutral court system of mine that is 32-9 UNDER.
