NBA – (707) SACRAMENTO at (708) DENVER  9:05 ET  ALT, CSN-CA

This is just Sacramento’s second game in 13 days and they will look to start the second half with two victories, both which would be over Denver. On Friday, the Kings held off the Nuggets 116-100 as four-point home favorites and oddsmakers made Denver a Pick at home, but they have since been bumped to -2. It would seem the Nuggets are easy choice playing into revenge by they just lost at home to Boston by 20 and are 5-17 ATS off a double digit home setback.

Betting Trend – 95% backing Denver

Doug’s VPID Take – Lean Sacramento

CBB – (731) CLEMSON at (732) GEORGIA TECH  7:00 ET  W-ESPN

After playing very good basketball to start ACC campaign, Clemson is 4-5 since. The Tigers defense has been almost toothless on the road, as opposing teams are shooting 46.7 percent while averaging 72.5 points a game. Georgia Tech has finally started to play better at crunch time and win a few close games and it offense at home has been sparklingly at 76.4 PPG. Sharp bettors have moved this conference clash total from 134 to 135.5, trusting both offenses to come through. I can support this with the Yellow Jackets 11-2 OVER after a combined score of 125 points or less the last two seasons.

Betting Trend – 83% backing Under

Doug’s VPID Take – Play Over

CBB – (739) KANSAS at (740) BAYLOR 7:00 ET  ESPN2

www.vegasproinsidersdaily.comThough the Big 12 has been fantastic to watch all season, by all appearances when the dust settles, Kansas will have won or tied for its 12th consecutive title. Though the Jayhawks are often recognized for their offense, they have won and covered seven straight by their actions on the other end of the floor, holding past six foes to under 37 percent shooting. This has helped move the total from 152 to 150 and we agree, since Baylor has shot 53.8 and 62.7 percent in last two contests and might not be as effective against this type of defense. Plus, with Kansas a two-point away favorite, they are 10-2 UNDER as a road favorite or pick since last year.

Betting Trend – 80% backing Over

Doug’s VPID Take – Play Under

CBB – (755) UNLV at (756) BOISE STATE  11:00 ET  ESPNU

With UNLV losing players and Boise State 12-2 SU at home, the Broncos have been kicked from -6.5 to -8. The case can be made this is the right play, since the Rebels are 1-7 SU and ATS on the MWC road, though they were favored seven times. Boise State does not seem like a great wager at 4-4 ATS at home in conference, however, they are usually pumped for UNLV and are 4-1 SU and ATS in recent encounters in Boise. Not going to call for Rebels to win, but like the fact they are 16-6 ATS on the road off a home victory and the Broncos are 0-6 ATS at home after scoring 75 points or more in three straight games.

Betting Trend – 83% backing Boise State

Doug’s VPID Take – UNLV covers

Public Consensus Record – 51% to 79% – 18-19
